What is a Ninja Bun?
A Ninja Bun is our own take on the traditional Taiwanese Gua Bao, a popular Asian Street Food item.
We call it “O Prego Asiático” (the Asian sandwich) – and it’s bold, fresh, and packed full of flavour.

IT ALL STARTED IN EDINBURGH
Markus Pilgram created Ninja Buns in Scotland, where it attracted rave reviews, and picked up a Street Food Scotland award.
Ninja Buns then evolved into Ninja Kitchen, a restaurant concept offering a wider range of Pan Asian dishes.
Together with two Portuguese friends, Markus is bringing back the original Ninja Buns Street Food to Almada, Portugal.
